Responsibilities

  • Provide support during all stages of the sales cycle: Application, Due Diligence, Set up/implementation, etc.
  • Follow up on documentation requests, name changes and miscellaneous operational communications
  • Document and develop small opportunities referred by RTS Carrier Services
  • Data mine CRM for past deals that need follow up communication
  • Pipeline reporting
  • Sales reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
  • Clear understanding of all processes related to RTS Financial operations: buyouts, account set up, deal implementation, RTS Credit, etc.
  • Basic sales experience and understanding of sales processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to communicate with prospective and existing customers
  • Ability to use and navigate within Factorsoft and CRM
  • Strong customer relationship skills; Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Team player
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
