    The role of the Sales Coordinator is to provide support to the RTS Financial Sales team through prospective client documentation processing and review and facilitation of communication and deal flow from the Sales to Operation department. Additional responsibilities are listed below.

    • Process prospective client applications by way of review of external documentation and internal notation into the Sales platform
    • Draft and create prospective client agreements per specifications provided by the Business Development Manager
    • Review current client statistics to facilitate in agreement modifications and complete any resulting agreement amendments
    • Assist the Business Development Manager in communication with outside parties as it relates to results from Due Diligence searches
    • Facilitate communication between Sales and Operations and with other factoring companies to process incoming buyouts
    • Notate internal/external agents into the Operations platform and review agent commissions monthly
    • Document, enter, and assign incoming leads into the Sales platform from other internal departments
    • Assist in the Business Development Manager’s preparedness for prospective client presentation to upper management daily
    • Track and report on Business Development Manager’s activities and call statistics daily
    • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure proper communication and flow of incoming accounts
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
    • Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
    • Clear understanding of all processes related to RTS Financial operations: buyouts, account set up, deal implementation, RTS Credit, etc.
    • Basic sales experience and understanding of sales processes
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to communicate with prospective and existing customers
    • Ability to use and navigate within Factorsoft and CRM
    • Strong customer relationship skills; Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
    • Team player
    • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
