    Responsibilities

    • Source and develop new international business opportunities
    • Impact company growth utilizing a variety of methods including solicitation, client referrals, networking, developing agent relationships, SEO lead generation, etc
    • Effectively present and explain financial products and their value to prospective clients
    • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals
    • Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all new business
    • Conduct phone sales, as well as in-person visits with current and potential customers; 30% to 50% travel is expected for this role
    • Regular collaboration with agent partners
    • Immediate follow up on sales leads and client referrals
    • Any special projects which may be assigned

     

    Qualifications

    • Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of one year of business development experience
    • Must be self-driven, with a history of demonstrated success providing solution-based sales over the phone and in-person
    • Ability to develop new business, gain trust and maintain customer relationships
    • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Enjoy working in a competitive team-based environment
    • Ability to travel to Latin America without restrictions; up to 50% travel required
    • Hunter attitude (from existing customers to cold-calling)
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Understanding of the Latin America Business culture
    • Native Spanish proficiency, English business proficiency required
