Responsibilities

  • Source and develop new business opportunities
  • Effectively present and explain financial products and their value to prospective clients
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline in order to achieve monthly sales goals
  • Negotiate spreads and maximize profitability on all new business
  • Cross selling multiple solutions in order to both (a) maximize performance/yield and (b) achieve consistency with strategies set by senior management
  • Continually refine all processes as necessary to stay in front of customers in relevant industries
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, along with 3+ years of business development experience, financial background is a plus
  • History of demonstrated success providing solution based sales over the phone
  • Ability to develop new business, gain trust and maintain customer relationships over the phone
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Enjoy working in a competitive team based environment
  • Experience in a high call volume (cold calling) setting is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
