Responsibilities

This role will focus on the daily duties tied to supporting the Carrier Services Sales efforts and managing tasks associated with managing our Partner Program.  These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work with Sales Operations Manager to oversee, promote and grow RTSCS programs
  • Ensure sales procedures are followed to minimize risk
  • Resolving case submissions from sales team
  • Maintain accurate and current records in CRM system
  • Overall support of sales and business development efforts

 

Qualifications

  • Detail oriented
  • Highly effective and professional oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining several tasks at once in a fast-paced team environment
  • Communication with sales team and providing feedback when required
  • Ability to understand the workflow associated with the purchasing process
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, along with 2+ years of account and project management experience
