The Corporate Sales Recruiter will assist in the execution of a best in class employee relations strategy to increase the ability to attract and recruit top talent. This role is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified sales candidates for all corporate sales positions within the company’s business lines, with a strong emphasis on hiring top-level candidates with a desire to make an impact.
This position requires an extremely perceptive person capable of relating to individuals at all levels and developing relationships. Must possess a high degree of business savvy and be sensitive to changing corporate needs, employee goodwill, public image and company reputation. Strong communication skills, writing skills and organizational skills are also required.
