    Shamrock is looking for a Sales Recruiter that will assist in the execution of a best-in-class employee relations strategy to increase the ability to attract and recruit top talent. This role is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified sales candidates for all corporate sales positions within the company’s business lines, with a strong emphasis on hiring top-level candidates with a desire to make an impact. This position requires an extremely perceptive person capable of relating to individuals at all levels and developing relationships. 


    • Build and maintain relationships with target candidates as well as business partners, including all levels of employees, corporate partners, organizations and department heads, etc.
    • Responsible for the accuracy of all information regarding recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
    • Source candidates utilizing a variety of sources including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
    • Pre-screen all candidates using all available screening tools including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc.
    • Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment.
    • Work with Recruiting Manager and other hiring managers to schedule interviews and discuss suitability of candidates.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills. Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during offer process.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • 2-3 years proven success at sales recruiting in an agency or corporate setting required, preferably in a sales driven and fast-paced organization
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
    • Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment, screening, interviewing and candidate negotiation
    • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
    • Strong communication skills, writing skills, and organizational skills required
    • Must possess a high degree of business savvy and the ability to use discretion
