RTS Financial Service Inc is looking for a competitive, energetic and aggressive sales representative who can thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing new market. The focus of the territory sales representative will be to source and develop new business in strategic markets throughout the assigned region.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand, market, and communicate financial service offerings to a target network
  • Grow referral networks with appropriate audiences including inside Business Development Managers, agents, etc. to cultivate an on-going pipeline of financial services leads
  • Interact with current and prospective leadership teams including executives, financial, and other key personnel
  • Impact company growth utilizing a variety of sales methods including customer development, networking, relationship building, lead generation, cold calling, etc.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and work with all stakeholders to impact growth
  • Track metrics for all programs and activities in CRM
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of territory sales/business development experience, financial background is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge in sales development and driving new sales revenue
  • History of demonstrated success providing solution based sales over the phone and in person. Must be a hunter.
  • Ability to develop new business, gain trust and maintain customer relationships over the phone and in person
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Capacity to assume more responsibilities over time
  • Bilingual skills are a strong plus, not required
  • Home-based position
