  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel
  • Performs benefits administration to include enrolling all employees and dependents in individual benefits, approving invoices for payment, answering first tier employee inquiries and questions, and assisting in communicating benefit information to employees
  • Conducts regular HR audits
  • Acts as the lead for HRIS data, management and reporting. Strong technical skills are required and knowledge of HR software Ascentis is highly preferred.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Inputs, maintains and organizes information system data; provides regular and ad hoc HR reporting
  • Acts as an administrator for HR policy and procedure questions
  • Protects organization's values by keeping information confidential
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Assists in employee onboarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, vacation, benefits etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Performs other related duties and projects as required and assigned



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2+ years in HR Administrator role
  • Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures and systems
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Ascentis, iCims, ADP)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Strong attention to detail
