    Responsibilities

    • Ability to perform analysis and critical thinking/problem solving on CRM system requests or issues
    • CRM subject matter expert. Understands proper use of entities and system functions
    • Perform Level 1 support, screening and review of all support and project tickets come to the CRM administrator for review and assignment
    • Adding and Removing Users and Security Roles – this means understanding how security works, what comprises the roles, how they function and testing of any changes to these roles in a non-production environment
    • Writing and running maintenance and ad-hoc Workflows
    • Gathering and categorizing user change requests via the ticketing system
    • Making and testing configuration changes in a development environment
    • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users via help desk
    • Provide regular communication to users regarding issue resolution, change logs, and helpful tips
    • Effective prioritization of tickets
    • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to CRM
    • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for end users, keep materials up-to-date
    • Develop and/or update support readiness plans for new product releases and support offerings
    • Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the CRM to support additional business processes or functions
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and in-system reports for end-users
    • Assist users with their own report design and management
    • Assign technical tickets to level 2 IT support as needed, these tickets are for data integration or CRM Portal Administrative functions

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2-3 years of Salesforce application experience
    • Basic understanding of Salesforce Plugins, and how they interact with Web based API’s and applications such as Microsoft Power BI
    • Strong customer-facing communication and careful listening skills
    • Proven success in and genuine enthusiasm for working directly with customer technical teams
