    We are seeking a Support Manager with strong operational, leadership and technical skills to build and lead a team of support engineers responsible for supporting customer facing software that has a wider range of stakeholders.  The support team will field technical support inquiries from both internal and external customers who utilize the system, complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance, provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, and work directly with product management and developers to identify ways to innovate, improve the product, and ensure issues are resolved as expediently as possible.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • Experience managing teams in a technical support environment
    • 3+ years hands on experience with service-based application platforms, including web services, API’s, distributed architectures, and/or SaaS customization
    • Have a proven record of driving improvement programs in the operations, engineering and support fields
    • Ability to understand Cloud platforms and technologies and how they operate within a business environment
    • Experience in supporting developers working with application platforms or frameworks
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, which will be key in driving stakeholder communication during critical events
    • Strong customer and quality focus, this leader will have a track record of achieving that balance
    • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations, off-hours issue management meetings, and other required support activities
