    Responsibilities

    The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing our relationship with their assigned group of customers (accounts). The Account Manager will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, helping them get the most out of the existing products they have purchased, and increasing revenue by introducing additional products and services offered by RTS Financial and/or affiliates.

     

    • Lead point of contact for assigned customer base
    • Inside sales – referrals from existing clients
    • Help desk tickets - Purchase requests, customizations, oversee SOW requests
    • Operate at the lead point of contact of assigned customer base
    • Identify development potential in accounts by interacting with clientele; identify and evaluate additional needs; analyze opportunities
    • Initiate cross-selling opportunities by building relationships; qualify potential; explain product and service enhancements and additions; introduce new products and services
    • Contribute information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer relations

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree; multilingual is a plus
    • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Proven ability to manage a diverse customer base
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Excellent listening and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
