    Responsibilities

    RTS Financial and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Territory Sales Representative. This sales position is responsible for sourcing and developing new business in strategic markets throughout the assigned region. Ideal candidates are energetic and competitive, with a dynamic sales personality.

     

    • Present and explain financial products and their intended value to prospective clients in a target market
    • Develop new business opportunities through strategic sales tactics, including customer development, networking, relationship building, lead generation, cold calling, etc.
    • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve monthly sales goals
    • Build and maintain new and current customer relationships
    • Regularly interact with client leadership teams, including executives and key personnel
    • Help further develop company sales strategies
    • Develop positive internal relationships with key stakeholders
    • Track metrics for all programs and activities in CRM
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years of territory sales/business development experience
    • Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone
    • Extensive knowledge in sales development and driving new sales revenue
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing market
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
    • Capacity to assume more responsibilities over time
    • Financial background is a plus
    • Bilingual skills are a plus
    • Must be able to work from home
