    Responsibilities

    This role will be responsible for working with the shamrock business units and shamrock IT to develop out products that drive solutions that align with the company’s vision. The role will create/contribute to business case development, requirements articulation, project/program planning, testing, training and ultimately helping to deliver technology solutions that support the growth of Shamrock. The CRM Product Owner’s primary focus will be on Salesforce projects but, as time permits they will be allocated to help on other development projects.

     

    • Define, prioritize, and clarify business priorities and requirements; work with others to understand use cases, features, business and technical domain rules and overall product goals
    • Work with the development team throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure features developed meet the desired business objectives and lead to ultimate product success
    • Understands the business deeply enough to prioritize workload appropriately and tactically
    • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet the defined product requirements as captured in the agile stories
    • Work daily with technical teams to address any issues/questions that arise and expedite resolutions to keep development moving forward
    • Analyze the complexity of proposed changes and/or enhancements to CRM Sales Tools infrastructure
    • Responsible for coordinating training and user acceptance of new features and functionality
    • Develop strategic recommendations for future product roadmap items based on competitor offerings, industry trends, usage statistics, and business process workflow statistics and observations

     

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years’ experience with a Salesforce platform
    • 1+ years’ experience managing Agile development projects preferred
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new skills
    • Well organized, analytical, innovative and problem solving
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • Well versed in IT technologies and best practices
    • Ability to lead and work with teams, be part of a team, and understand team dynamics
    • Diverse business knowledge and the ability to illustrate the linkage between projects and desired business results
    • Well organized with strong detail orientation
