This role will be responsible for working with the shamrock business units and shamrock IT to develop out products that drive solutions that align with the company’s vision. The role will create/contribute to business case development, requirements articulation, project/program planning, testing, training and ultimately helping to deliver technology solutions that support the growth of Shamrock. The CRM Product Owner’s primary focus will be on Salesforce projects but, as time permits they will be allocated to help on other development projects.
