    Responsibilities

    The International Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the efforts of managing and streamlining all administrative aspects of the sales cycle, from lead to application to committee meeting to on-boarding of accounts. This will enable each Sales/Business Development staff member to spend more time interacting with customers and prospects as a key component of growth. This role will also help provide information necessary for reporting, documents gathering and organization for a cleaner and smoother case handover to Operations.

     

    The International Sales Administrator Supervisor must be able to perform the following tasks, among others:

    • Account creations in the M:Drive
    • Agent contracts
    • Contract requests/amendment request
    • Revision of incoming contract and documents
    • File preparation
    • Participate in pre-Operations and Operations calls
    • Help prepare cases for Committee discussion for streamlined evaluations and success
    • Case documentation from application to committee meeting (checklist)
    • Documentation requests follow up
    • CRM monitoring for questionnaires
    • Interactions with Buyers in the on-boarding process; understanding process, company structure, transaction processes
    • Help build the pipeline reporting
    • Help build the sales reporting
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Ability to speak Spanish and English is a must
    • Ideal candidate must possess an analytic and dynamic personality along with strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently
    • Clear understanding of the information required to qualify and set up a customer under the RTS International criteria
    • Clear understanding of all processes related to RTS International Operations
    • Basic sales experience and understanding of sales processes
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Strong ability to communicate with International customers
    • Strong ability to negotiate internally with stakeholders
    • Ability to use and navigate within Factorsoft and CRM
    • Strong customer relationship skills
    • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
    • Be a team player that looks to help others as well as themselves to grow the business
    • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
