    • Maintain and monitor the integrity of a diverse A/R portfolio
    • Process daily credit limit requests and perform customer research
    • Perform in-depth credit research across multiple business units
    • Compile detailed financial analysis with a focus on liquidity, solvency and overall creditworthiness
    • Communicate regularly with the senior management of outside firms to obtain relevant credit information and to relay credit decisions
    • Accountable for working with debtors to reduce payment delinquency
    • Maintain effective and strong working relationships with other departments to effectively communicate with them regarding credit decisions
    • Provide considerate, competent customer service-oriented communication to internal and external customers
    • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics, work as a team with sales, customers, other departments to increase sales, accelerate cash inflow and reduce credit risk
    • Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor
    • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Credit Department


    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent
    • 2+ years’ experience in a credit analyst role
    • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, problem solving and negotiation skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, able to maintain composure in high pressure situations
    • Capable of interpreting, understanding and analyzing financial statements
    • Knowledge of basic Billing and Collections procedures
    • Proficient in utilizing databases, Microsoft products and the internet
    • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable knowledge
    • Commitment to excellent customer service, with above average written and verbal communication abilities
