The primary objective of this role is to support and extend Shamrock technology solutions related to third party applications and transportation development projects.  This role will be expected to work with both our Shamrock business unit leadership as well as the Shamrock IT team. The role will create/contribute to business case development, requirements articulation, project/program planning, testing, training and ultimately helping to deliver technology solutions that support the growth of Shamrock. - Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions. - Resolve user issues by reviewing application logs, recreating user errors and testing changes. - Work with our development and systems group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary - Monitors project profess by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions - Defines project requirements by identifying project time lines, phases and elements; determining scope; establishing project expenses - Differentiate user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements - Work with business owners to convert high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and prioritize requirements. - Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools and manage system enhancement requests - Implement appropriate mitigation strategies that may involve compromises with respect to scope and schedule - Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends - Providing assistance to sales and customer-facing staff through training, joint sales calls/visits to key accounts - Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within scope.  This role will report to the Director of Salesforce and will be expected to work with both our Shamrock business units, as well as the Shamrock IT team. The role will work with the key project stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team to oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of project, and prepare reports and summaries for upper management regarding status of project. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Coordinate resources to include Salesforce team, app development, or other internal and external teams involved in project - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress - Define and maintain Salesforce Project Team processes and standards

The job duties of the Salesforce Business Process Analyst are to improve and maintain efficient and profitable operations through Salesforce that also produce the highest quality of products and services. Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for an experienced, hands-on QA Engineer ready to work with a team of developers on small project teams.  This position will be focusing on testing external customer facing features in Web and Mobile applications.  The role relies upon test automation and manual testing tools. The person is to assist in defining QA coding standards and frameworks, and for identifying emerging technologies and evaluating their applicability to client’s business goals.  Experience with Cypress or Appium is required.  Python and Javascript will be the main programming languages used. - Responsible for creating automated test cases for the web and mobile applications using Cypress and Appium - Take part in manual regression testing for mobile apps, until phased out by automated tests - Review functional requirements to assess their impact on the software applications and formulate tests cases from them - Write concise, complete, well organized test cases, bug reports and status reports - Provide release support during production software deployment - Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing as needs arise

This role will focus on the daily duties tied to supporting the RTS Pro mobile and web application utilized by Shamrock customers.
