This position will report to the Customer Engagement Supervisor. Customer Engagement Specialist will manage an assigned portfolio of clients by receiving and processing incoming inquiries via phone and email by listening, problem solving, and coaching and educating of Shamrock’s tools and offerings to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.  Customer Engagement Specialist will provide their team’s clients with solutions, answers, and awareness to all of Shamrock’s offerings.  Customer Engagement Specialist will manage an assigned range of duties as assigned by the Customer Engagement Supervisor.    The Customer Engagement Specialist must be able to perform the following tasks, among others: - Interact with clients in all aspects of customer service. - Maintain customer records by updating account information. - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. - Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services. - Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Work closely with Operations, Sales and IT teams to ensure proper communication and flow of client follow up items, customer trends, technology enhancements and customer service.

The Transition Representative must be able to perform the following tasks, among others: - Provide excellent customer service by efficiently and accurately entering client data in Cadence, while utilizing Salesforce and client-provided documents to identify potential red flags and how to best serve the client. - Execute contract amendments, rate setup/changes, MRA setups, and new bank account setups with complete accuracy and attention to detail. - Process Reserve Releases, Move to Exits, and Letters of Release with accuracy and attention to detail while preventing potential loss situations. - Complete Incoming/Outgoing buyouts with other factors through aging verification, data entry and noting potential risk factors/red flags with complete accuracy. - Coordinate account on-boarding by facilitating communication between sales representatives, sales coordinators, legal counsel, accounting specialists and outside companies in a professional manner. - Upload of the aging, calculate and manipulate reserves to generate the buyout calculations, generate clear concise update information via email to the sales reps & upper management with minimal errors. - Display a sense of urgency and engagement, while maintaining flexibility and a positive/team player attitude. - Take initiative in pursuing additional responsibilities and training to develop knowledge of internal operations and the industry. - Provide quality internal service to other departments including Sales, Legal, and Accounting. - Maintain excellent working relationships with other departments, and members of the team. - Work with Supervisor and Manager to review existing processes and procedures and strive to develop the most efficient processes with the best, lasting impact to the Transition group.

This role is responsible for setting up new client accounts while acting as an interdepartmental liaison to ensure processed information is accurate and meets company standards. The Senior Security Analyst role will be a key contributor to the security team, providing security guidance and expertise to perform a variety of responsibilities.
